How do you ensure product quality before shipment?

We implement a rigorous full-process quality inspection system with dedicated QA&QC personnel present at every stage:

  1. 1 Raw Material Inspection -- All incoming PVC/PE materials are tested for tensile strength, weight, and coating quality.
  2. 2 In-Process Monitoring -- Continuous checks during production across our 3 production lines and 36 processing equipment sets.
  3. 3 Final Product Testing -- 100% inspection for waterproof, UV-resistance, tear-resistance, and fire-retardant properties before packing.
  4. 4 Pre-Shipment Inspection -- Full quantity and specification verification; third-party inspection supported upon request.
What payment terms do you accept?

We accept the following standard international payment terms:

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment -- most common for regular buyers.
  • L/C (Letter of Credit): Available for large orders from established buyers.
  • Western Union / PayPal: Accepted for sample orders and small quantities.

For long-term partners, we offer flexible payment arrangements based on order history and cooperation depth.

Can I request product samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, absolutely. We strongly encourage sample evaluation before bulk procurement. Our standard process:

  • Standard Samples: Available free of charge; buyer covers express shipping costs (DHL/FedEx/UPS).
  • Custom Samples: A sample fee applies (fully refundable upon first bulk order); lead time is typically 5-7 business days.
  • Feedback & Revision: We adjust samples based on your feedback until specifications are confirmed.

FOB Qingdao is our most commonly used term for bulk orders. CIF and DDP are available for buyers who prefer door-to-door convenience.
